Cost and Guarantee
The platform charges a 5% processing fee per claim. This rate includes complete handling of your administrative paperwork, contacting insurance representatives, and disputing any rejected claims.
It is completely risk-free: Mentaya promises a successful claim filing, or they will fully refund their processing fees.
Additional Payment & Benefit Info
Many clients find that their insurance pays back anywhere from 50% to 85% of the standard fee for individual sessions, though some policy types (like HMOs) generally do not pay for care outside their provider network.

Detailed Receipts: If you prefer to file claims manually, I can easily give you itemized receipts that include all necessary diagnostic and billing codes.
